Technology is taking over our world. Everything is about technology and = since Sign Language is visual that needs technology to help learn about = things, be informed and get empowered we need to make use of this and adopt = it.

The use of ICT 'Information and Communication Technology is what we need to = get the message go around. Thibologa Sign Language Institution was formed to help in = communication and making learning of Sign Language more easy for all by = using technology to enable all people to access to learning it and also for = the Deaf people, their Associations and Schools to share the news and = information together with hearing people.

ICT is trully helping in breaking the wall and closing the communication = gap between hearing and Deaf people and it doesn't stop here. Some have to = upgrade the programs and take it forward.

Thibologa Sign Language Institution is a team of three people, two of whom are Deaf and the third, hard of hearing. That's why Thibologa Sign Language Institution is introducing the SET to help prepare funds for = the Deaf learners to go to educational institutions to be equiped with = computer skills to enable to help in closing the communication gap and also = help Thibologa S.L.I in developing more programs to help in communication = and learning of Sign Language.

The first plan for Thibologa will be to get information from educational = institution regarding the ICT, what are the costs and look for funds to = enable to help pay for the studies.

We will try to establish a relationship with the Deaf schools to help = encourage the learners to study ICT and maybe hold workshops at schools to = show the learners and demonstrate some of the interesting programs and also = show them what they can do with technology once they have learned it.

The requirements will includes the passion on computer, and we will try to = give learners 6 months learning opportunity with the university to enable = them to get attracted to the ICT and that will give them an indication on = whether the can continue with the course or not. To save money we will = always review the learner's progress.

Requirements for learners to get into university will depend on the = requirements needed by that university. Thibologa will also introduce the = special ICT learning at local Deaf schools.
