FSS : Text to SASL Videos and SASL Videos to Text

Film-Save-Send ( FSS ) is an online service

  • to interpret text into sign language video
  • to interpret sign language video into text

The service can be accessed via mobile phone with a camera and 3G or GPRS internet connectivity.
FSS can also be used from any computer with internet access and a webcam.

All it takes is to:

  1. Film sign language with your phone camera or a webcam
  2. Save your video with a file name
  3. Send the video file using FSS online submission process
Alternatilvely, if you would like some text to be interpreted into a video, a similar process applies:
  1. Type the text directly into FSS online form (or copy-paste from the notepad)
  2. Choose txt2sign as the job type/direction.
  3. Submit the text with FSS online submission process

Onsite service

On site services by advising on twhat can be done and what resources can be used to accomodate Deaf people in the service provided by government, NGOs and private sector.
